Working on some new techniques to get my images as sharp as they can be… and I was going for the full detail in the seaweed and the gull… Pretty good, though there’s still room for improvement. And… it’s a pretty nice gull. In some pretty cool seaweed…

They just do. And no, I’m not complaining, I’m just acknowledging my envy… Yes, there were girls there. With their hair done, and make-up and nice summer outfits. And they weren’t having a bad time at all. I heard them laughing from time to time. But they just weren’t having fun like this.

Some things are eternal – at least in NZ… The bach and the caravan are key. And of course, the dog. And… it wouldn’t be a NZ summer without a beach!
