Cemetery ramble

It’s not that I love spending so much time in cemeteries… it’s just that they are so photogenic. Thi sis another from the old part of Auckland’s Waikumete Cemetery in West Auckland. Perfect place to bring a blanket and a picnic lunch.

  1. I love the green hue of this one.

And I thought that I was the only one to stop and stay a while in cemeteries, with a sandwich and a drink.

    1. Yeah – you, me and a whole lot of friendly goth-types… oh and joggers and dog-walkers. And the curious, the bereft, the lonely and the lost… not to mention the dead.

They’re very busy places, that just go about their business very quietly.
