Grumpy old tree

I’ve always noticed the faces in places where you wouldn’t expect to find faces, a phenomena known as pareidolia. This one really jumped out at me.What’s he saying about tree-hugging?

  4. My, that’s quite a face. Reminds me of an old woman I knew. But Souldipper is right–upside down it does look like an embrace.

    • As much as I would love to see the embrace, and I can imagine where it is, it’s just not happening for me. I do however, appreciate the cheshire cat-ness of the disembodied grin!
