Potted History

There’s times the stories are just too loud to ignore.

Telling tales from around the world

    1. I swear, there are times I just ‘hear’ the stories, they tell themselves to me and all I have to do is listen.

      Sometimes they are totally baffling. Yesterday I ‘heard/imagined’ a story about a young man, a singer named Robert Corsini who has a huge hit with the song “Dangerous Whisper.” I can see the album cover and people talking about it. But he doesn’t exist and neither does the song. And yet, it came to me more as a memory than a fiction – so I wonder if there is something in the aether I just tapped into. If it comes true – you saw it here first! ;-}

      1. Hmmm… I hadn’t considered that possibility. And to be honest, the last time I wrote a proper song I was 21. It was in Eminor, more droning than sad. Actually, It was completely awful. The ones that I attempted after were even worse. … I don’t think off the cuff ditties for toddlers counts.
        I just don’t feel qualified…
