Aubergine Dream

with 4 comments

This enchanting aubergine (aka eggplant) man stands along the Beach in lovely Puerta Vallarta Mexico, which is surely a corner of heaven that fell from the sky. (Note, in French, the word for heaven is auberge, so it’s all wound up on itself.)

Today I closed on the purchase of a small communications company – I am feeling rather aubergine about it all…

  1. Love that! I’ve always thought that aubergine sounds much more exotic than eggplant.

  2. Congratulations on the acquisition. You mention it as an afterthought, and it’s not at all, quite an achievement.

I live aubergine and the eggplant man.

    • Thank you – I don’t think I quite know how to announce it, so I’ve been just mentioning it to folks as an afterthought… It’s pretty exciting, but now that I am in the nitty-gritty of learning how to ‘do’ it, it’s, well nitty gritty…
